All rates are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment must be received prior to the conference to secure your registration. All registration is via the online form where you can pay via credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
Two Day Registration
- $595 Super Early Bird (book and pay before 30 June)
- $695 Early Bird (book and pay before 31 August)
- $795 Full Delegate (after 1 September)
- $695pp Group of 4 or more registering together
- $395 Fulltime Students (with confirmation of Student ID)
Day Registration
- $425 Thursday 8th November (includes morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch. Dinner not included.)
- $425 Friday 9th November (includes morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch.)
Registration Fees
Your conference registration fee includes:
- Welcome reception on the evening of 7 November
- Conference dinner and lunches 8 and 9 November
- Access to over 30 presentations
- Access to exhibit hall
- Membership of the conference online community
- All conference materials online post conference
NB: Your registration fee does not include accommodation. You should organise your accommodation via the links on the Accommodation page.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- Before 30 September: $100 cancellation fee
- 1 – 31 October: 50% refund of fees paid
- After 31 October: no refund – however substitutions are allowed
Privacy Policy
The Privacy Act 2001 provides that before your name and contact details can be shared you must give your consent. Your name and contact email address will be provided to sponsors of the Teaching and Learning with Vision Conference who may contact you with special offers before or after the event. If you DO NOT wish to have your contact details shared you will be able to indicate this on the registration form.
